Clinicians CMDU

From May 1st 2023, BaNES Enhanced Medical Services (BEMS), are working alongside colleagues at Sarum Trinity PCN to provide the Covid Medicine Delivery Unit (CMDU). Please note that there will be no changes to the existing referral process or care pathway that are already in place. Clinicians wishing to refer patients directly to CMDU should continue to send an email to bswicb.cmdu@nhs.net with;

• Date of positive PCR
• Date symptomatic if known
• Reason for eligibility. Please see eligibility criteria here
• Any other relevant clinical information 
• There is a template on Ardens which can be emailed across to the above email if this is easier.
