About BEMS - Staff

Management Team

Our core management team is made up of our senior leaders, including our CEO, Operations Director, Medical Director, Clinical Governance Directors, Senior Project Manager, HR Manager, Finance Manager and Service Delivery Managers The team collectively oversee the day to day running of BEMS, ensuring we are always providing the highest quality community based clinical services and connections with local General Practices.


Project Managers

We have a host of Project Managers employed across our projects and teams. These individuals are responsible for the planning, development and implementation of key services and infrastructure within BEMS and within practices on behalf of our local Primary Care Networks.


HR & Finance

Our HR and Finance Team support the running of BEMS via careful management of resources and staff. Both teams work towards a common goal of advanced workforce performance, staff retention and producing accurate financial reports for BEMS MEC and Council.


Training Hub 

Our BSW Training Hub team bring together education and training resources for our Primary Care Staff across BaNES, Swindon, and Wiltshire. The team is made up on an Educational Facilitator, Project Managers, and administrators to ensure the progression of our Primary Care workforce. Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)

BEMS employ a range of ARRS staff on behalf of our six local Primary Care Networks. These include, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Practitioner Physiotherapists, Nurse Associates and Physician Associates. Clinical Delivery Team

Our Service Delivery Team are made up of our experienced clinicians. Each one of our clinicians work out in the local community, based in local practices delivering our patient facing clinical services. For more information on our services, please click here.


Service Delivery Team

Each of our community based clinical services are looked after by designated service administrators. They work closely with our clinical staff and patients to ensure all our clinics are delivered with patient care and satisfaction at the forefront of our operation.
