Primary Care Competency Framework For General Practice

The Training Hub has initiated a professional education framework for Primary Care to use as a tool when looking at the roles and skill mix required within their practice. The framework identifies a structure that assists Practices/PCNs to ensure efficient ways of working so that care is being delivered by the right person with the right skills within the right time frame.
