Referral Support Service moves to centralised service from April 1st

From April 1st 2022, the BEMS Referral Support Service will be joining the other RSS organisations from across BSW, to form one centralised service. Staff will be employed by the BSW Clinical Commissioning Group, whilst retaining their local teams to manage referrals for BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire respectively.
Due to this change, the contact details for BaNES RSS will be changing. The new email from April 1st will be: bswccg.rssbanes@nhs.net
After being an integral part of the BEMS team for eight years, we want to take the opportunity to thank the RSS team for their hard work and dedication throughout their time with BEMS. They will be dearly missed, and we wish them all the very best for the future. We look forward to hearing about the ongoing developments of the service under BSW CCG.
