Deep Vein Thrombosis
What is the DVT service and who is it for?
This service is a community based service that runs clinics for patients who have a suspected Deep Vein Thrombosis.

If you meet the eligibility criteria your GP will make a referral and you will undergo a prompt ultrasound at the community clinic within 48 hours. If same-day scanning is not possible blood thinning tablets may be prescribed. ​

Clinics are held each week from Sulis Manor Road Surgery (Combe Down Branch site in Odd Down) on:
Tuesday morning
Thursday morning
Saturday morning
